Replacement Policy and Cash on Delivery

  1. Return Policy: Customers have the right to return the
    product within 10 days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its
    original condition with no changes. The customer will bear the full cost of
    shipping, and the product cost will be refunded within 15-20 business days from
    the date the product is received.
  2. Defective or Non-Conforming Products: If the product is
    defective or does not match the specifications stated at the time of purchase,
    the customer has the right to replace or return it within 14 days. In this
    case, the customer must provide all related order details: order number,
    shipping policy, photos, or videos of the defective product, ensuring all
    accessories are intact. The customer can then either receive a full refund or
    replace the product (as per the customer's preference).
  3. Discounted and Promotional Products: Products that are
    part of discounts and promotions cannot be replaced or returned, except if
    there is a defect in the product.
  4. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after the
    shipping policy has been issued or the shipment has been handed over to the
    shipping companies. If the customer does not want to receive the shipment, they
    must contact the shipping company and inform them of the refusal to accept the
    shipment. Once the shipment is returned to us, the customer will bear the full
    shipping cost.
  5. Refusal to Accept Order: If the customer refuses to
    accept the order after the shipping company contacts them, the customer will
    bear all shipping and delivery costs (if any) for both the outgoing and return
    trips. The shipping cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment.
  6. Reporting Damaged Products: If a product is received
    damaged from the shipping company, it must be reported within two days from the
    date of receipt (including weekends and holidays) to take necessary actions.
    Any delay beyond the specified period will result in the complaint not being
    considered.

Refund Process

  • Credit Card or Bank Transfer Payments: Refunds for
    orders paid via credit cards or bank transfers will be processed according to
    the customer's preference and will be made via bank transfer or credited back
    to the credit card within thirty (30) days from the date the returned shipment
    reaches our warehouse.
  • Refund Requests: Customers can request refunds for
    returned products (as per conditions 1 and 2) as purchase vouchers that offer a
    discount equal to the value of the approved returned products. An email will be
    sent to the customer with the voucher code corresponding to the refundable
    amount.
  • Purchases Made with Vouchers: If a customer returns
    products bought with vouchers, they can only request the refund in the form of
    new purchase vouchers.
  • Refund Approval: Refunds will only be approved after
    the returned product is received and inspected by us.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled via our website
    before the order is shipped without any charges.
  • After Shipping: Orders can be canceled after shipment
    by deducting the shipping cost from the invoice amount and refunding the
    balance via the original payment method.
  • After Receipt: If the customer requests a return and
    cancellation after receiving the product, a representative will be sent to
    collect the product. If the product meets the return and replacement conditions
    (1) and the reason is a defect or problem, the refund will be made via the
    original payment method. If the return is for any other reason, the refund will
    be processed after deducting the shipping cost from the invoice amount via the
    original payment method.
  • Non-Compliance with Conditions: If the product does not
    meet the return and replacement conditions (1), it will be sent back to the
    customer, who will bear all shipping costs. If the customer refuses to accept
    the product, we reserve the right to dispose of the product after 7 days from
    the date of refusal.

Cash on Delivery Service Conditions

  • Cancellation After 24 Hours: If the customer cancels
    the order after 24 hours of placing it on the website or after the order is
    handed over to the shipping company, the cash on delivery service will be
    canceled for the customer, and only electronic payment methods will be available.
  • Refusal to Accept Order: If the customer evades
    accepting the order and it is returned, the cash on delivery service will be
    canceled for the customer, and only electronic payment methods will be allowed
    for future purchases.
